a la suite du 1er avis de modification, une recomposition contractuelle du marché a eu lieu prévoyant un achèvement prématuré du marché après les études de projet et l"établissement du dossier de consultation ; la To2 a donc été affermie mais diminuée du suivi des travaux ; un nouveau mandat a été lancé pour le suivi des travaux. Le marché initial d"un montant de 1 429 730 (avec affermissement de l"ensemble des tranches) est ramené à 1 421 208 euro après l"avenant 4 de recomposition

lors des études de projet, le maitre d"ouvrage a mis en évidence l"opportunité d"intégrer la réalisation de travaux d"assainissement de déconnexion du réseau pour un coût d"objectif de 9 958 000 euro ht sur l"emprise du projet dans l"opération des chronolignes. Cela se traduit pour le mandataire par un surcoût dans la gestion du projet de 120 000 euro
