         la présente consultation a pour objet de confier au titulaire la continuité, la maintenance et l"évolution de la solution de gestion des contacts, dite " Solution Cible ", mise à disposition du musée du quai Branly - jacques Chirac en 2010.L"accord-cadre est conclu à prix mixtes dont les prix sont issus du bordereau des prix unitaires (Bpu) présenté en annexe 1 à l"acte d"engagement, et la décomposition globale et forfaitaire (Dpgf). L"Accord-Cadre est conclu pour la part à commandes, sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum, sur la durée totale de l"accord-cadre, reconductions comprises, fixé à 300 000 euro(s) (H.T.). L"Accord cadre sera exécuté par bons de commande selon les modalités prévues à l"article 14 du CCAP no00373 susmentionné.L"accord-cadre est mono-attributaire
