Für das vom AN zu planende BIM-Bauwerksmodell fehlt das vollständige Bestandsvermessungsmodell. Beispielsweise sinddie Konturen der Brückenüberbauten darin nicht enthalten, da dies nicht zum Auftragsumfang des Vermessungsbüros gehörte.Dem Planer ist ein Bestandsvermessungsmodell vertraglich geschuldet. Der Planer erstellt das 3D-Bauwerksbestandsmodellanhand des vom Vermessungsbüros übergebenen Vermessungsmodells sowie der Daten vom Laserscanning georeferenziertenPunktwolken.
