      la consultation objet du présent avis est un appel d"offres ouvert, passé par le Resah agissant en tant que centrale d"achat (article L. 2112-2, 2° du code de la commande publique) et pour ses propres besoins relatifs notamment à ses activités de coopération. Les prestations sont destinées aux Bénéficiaires Potentiels définis par le CCAP et dont la liste y est annexée. Chacun des lots donne lieu à un accord-cadre distinct. Chaque lot est conclu sans minimum en quantité ou en valeur et avec un maximum en valeur, pour la durée totale de l"accord-cadre, de 1,500,000,000 euro(s) HT pour le lot 1; 500,000,000 euro(s)ht pour le lot 2 ; 250,000,000 euro(s)ht pour le lot 3. Chaque lot donne lieu à l"émission de bons de commande. Le présent avis est rédigé et publié en langue française. Les critères relatifs à la situation personnelle des soumissionnaires susceptibles d"entraîner leur exclusion, les motifs d"exclusion et les informations requises pour apprécier lecas d"exclusion sont fixés dans le règlement de la consultation.
