         l"Opération concernée par le marché d"assurance porte sur l"extension des tribunes du Stade Gabriel Montpied qui consiste en l"aménagement et la construction de la nouvelle tribune " Est " d"une capacité de 5 870 places assises environ, portant la capacité totale du stade à environ 18 000 places assises. Outre la construction a proprement dit de la nouvelle tribune " Est ", le projet prévoit également : - la création d"un talus périphérique paysagé et végétalisé enserrant le terrain de football existant ; - la création d"un parvis piétons périphérique en pied de talus ; - la création d"un gymnase et ses annexes à l"est du site, implanté directement sous le talus ; - la création de locaux d"activités et annexes au Sud du site, dont la billetterie principale, intégrés au talus en partie sud ; - la création d"une zone de parking à l"est du site proposant environ 500 places de stationnements ; - la création d"une couverture métallo-textile au-dessus de la nouvelle tribune débordant largement au sud et au nord en abritant pleinement le déambulatoire pour le public au niveau N1. Les travaux sont réalisés en marchés séparés (24 lots). Le coût total prévisionnel de construction est d"environ 76 millions d"euros (T.T.C.). Les travaux ont débuté le 20 juin 2023 pour une durée globale de 26 mois compris période de préparation, hormis le lot 01 - terrassements - vRD - aménagements extérieurs dont le démarrage a été anticipé avec date d"effet au 15 mai 2023. La date prévisionnelle d"achèvement de l"ensemble des travaux est prévue fin août 2025
