Maintenance des bases de mesures de la division radômes et composites de l’atelier industriel de l’aéronautique (AIA) de Cuers-Pierrefeu.
L"AIA de Cuers-Pierrefeu dispose de bases de mesure destinées à contrôler les performances radioélectriques de radomes. L’objet de la consultation est la réalisation de la maintenance de ces bases de mesure en garantie totale afin de garantir un taux optimal de disponibilité.

La présente consultation donnera lieu à l’attribution d’un marché à tranches. La durée maximale estimée du marché est indiquée à la rubrique II.3.
Les caractéristiques principales du marché sont les suivantes :
- Marché à tranches, comprenant une tranche ferme et 4 tranches optionnelles, chaque tranche correspondant à une durée de prestations de 12 mois.
Chacune des tranches comprend les prestations suivantes :
- Maintenance préventive et curative sous forme de garantie totale.
- Provision pour la réalisation de prestations exceptionnelles.

Le mode de règlement proposé par l"administration est le virement.
Les paiements (avance éventuelle, acomptes éventuels, règlements partiels définitifs et solde) au titre du présent marché s"effectuent conformément aux articles L.2391-1 à L.2391-4 et R.2391-1 à R.2391-7 et R.2391-16 à R.2391-17 du code de la commande publique.
Le financement est assuré exclusivement par des ressources budgétaires.
La forme des prix (ferme ou révisable) sera fixée dans le cahier des clauses administratives particulières.
Le délai global de paiement est fixé à 30 jours maximum.

La présente consultation est une procédure en marché négocié avec mise en concurrence qui se déroulera en deux phases distinctes : la première phase concerne la sélection des candidatures et la seconde phase l’examen des offres remises par les candidats préalablement sélectionnés.
