L’objectif du marché est de fournir des marquages adhésifs pour les flottes d’hélicoptères FENNEC AS 555, TIGRE EC 665, CAÏMAN NH90. Des kits prototypes (un par type d’hélicoptères) seront fournis afin de procéder à la qualification et à la certification des marquages adhésifs. Une fois le dossier de certification final remis, les kits certifiés devront être livrés.
Les marquages adhésifs ont pour objectif la sécurisation du principe « voir et éviter », particulièrement en zones densifiées, tout en préservant l’autonomie des Armées pour l’application et la désinstallation des marquages adhésifs, car les appareils utilisés en école de spécialisation sont prélevés ponctuellement sur la flotte opérationnelle.
Les marquages adhésifs sont de couleur orange fluorescent, pour permettre d’augmenter la détection visuelle des aéronefs de jour et prévenir ainsi le risque d’abordage. Il n’est pas demandé que ces dispositifs soient visibles de nuit, compte tenu de la présence de feux d’anticollision et de feux de formation.
Le nombre d’appareils à équiper est :
- 18 FENNEC AS 555 UN ;
- 7 TIGRE EC 665 ;
- 8 CAÏMAN NH90.
Il n’est pas nécessaire que les marquages adhésifs soient réutilisables.
Les marquages doivent pouvoir être stockés 2 ans sans détérioration.
