         l"Appel d"offres porte sur la réhabilitation d"une partie du bâtiment 18 de la cci nca avec notamment :- niveau sous-sol : o Création d"une zone d"accueil - environ 150 mètres carrés - avec accès indépendant depuis le boulevard Carabacel et cheminement intérieur vertical pour rejoindre le RdcO Réhabilitation de l"amphithéâtre (salle Europe environ 230 mètres carrés): zone de réception très flexible et modulable avec gradins rectatables. o La zone étant sombre et sans lumière naturelle, un des enjeux sera notamment de créer un espace convivial, chaleureux et si possible de créer ou modifier les ouvertures existantes sur la rue des Cèdres pour faire entrer la lumière naturelle.O Création d"une zone de sanitaires, de "Loges" type théâtre (espaces privés situés en coulisses), zone de réchauffement pour traiteurs (haute qualité lors d"évènements ou de réceptions)- niveau RDC :o Refonte de l"accueil au public au B18 - environ 100m² - avec accès aux bureaux de la CCI et à l"accueil / réception du niveau sous-sol.- niveau R+1 : en optiono Création d"une mezzanine à usage de bureaux dans le volume de l"accueil du RDC - environ 60m². L"Accès à ces bureaux se fera par les bureaux existants au niveau R+1 de la Cci.Il est également requis de créer des accès à ces espaces depuis le boulevard Carabacel, distincts de ceux utilisés pour les activités des bureaux de la CCINCA
