         1) lettre de candidature établie selon imprimé « DC1 » ou renseignements équivalents ;2) Déclaration du candidat établie selon l"imprimé référencé « DC2 »ou renseignements équivalents ;3) Liste de références de travaux de construction de logements exécutés au cours des cinq dernières années avec indication notamment du lieu et de la date d"exécution, du montant et du nom du Maître d"Ouvrage.
