Le périmètre initial du marché est constitué des applications PPF (portail public de facturation électronique) et PISTE (plateforme d"api management) mais ce périmètre pourrait augmenter sur la durée du marché avec l"ajout de nouvelles applications Cloud. Les applications PLACE (Plateforme des achats de l?etat) et TNCP (Transformation numérique de la commande publique) pourraient notamment intégrer le périmètre du marché. Un mécanisme de calcul du périmètre des applications exploitées permet de prendre en compte cette augmentation du périmètre. La première application à exploiter, après une phase d"initialisation des prestations, est PISTE, dès le démarrage du marché. Puis l"exploitation du PPF pourra démarrer, après une phase d"initialisation, dès qu"une plateforme de production du PPF sera mise en service
