         Dans le cadre de la Facilitation du PFBC, Expertise France recherche un prestataire à qui sera confiée le marché pour la prise en charge logistique et l’organisation évènementielle en lien avec l’équipe de la Facilitation des activités proposées tout au long de la gestion par la France et le Gabon 2023-2025, notamment dans la région Afrique centrale : Angola, Burundi, Cameroun, Congo, Gabon, Guinée équatoriale, RCA, RDC, Rwanda, São Tomé e Principe, Tchad. D’autres géographies pourront s’appliquer en fonction de la tenue d’évènements internationaux.

         Quatre types d’évènements seront confiés au prestataire :

         1- Réunion des Parties du PFBC: une fois par an (soit 2 dans la totalité du contrat), elle réunit l’ensemble des acteurs du PFBC soit environ 600 personnes, pendant quatre jours. Elle comprend

         • deux jours de conférences thématiques (streams)

         • un jour de réunions des collèges sept collèges (cf. schéma d’organisation annexe 1) avec en après-midi tenu du Conseil Directeur du PFBC

         • et un jour de session plénière « Assemblée Générale »

         2- Conseil Directeur du PFBC: deux fois par an (soit 4 dans la totalité du contrat), il réunit environ 50 participants pendant une journée ; il peut être couplé avec un évènement thématique du PFBC sur deux jours pouvant réunir environ 150 participants.

         3- Conférences thématiques : En marge des événements sous régionaux ou internationaux pour faire avancer la mise en œuvre des axes stratégiques de la Feuille de route. Ces Conférences thématiques sont généralement co financés avec d’autres partenaires.

         4- Participations des acteurs du PFBC aux évènements internationaux avec pavillons propre (COP, forum mondiaux…)
