plusieurs Opérations Programmées d"Amélioration de l"Habitat (Opah) communautaire sont en cours sur le territoire de la communauté d"agglomération. Ces Opah d"une durée de cinq ans courent jusqu"au 30 juin 2024.

le présent marché consiste en la réalisation d"une étude pré-opérationnelle pour dresser le bilan des dispositifs en cours et calibrer les prochains.
