         le présent marché a pour objet le transport et le traitement par valorisation énergétique des déchets ménagers résiduels du Smiddev.

         Le Smiddev traite actuellement ses ordures ménagères résiduelles par stockage en ISDND, à Bagnols en Forêt ; l"objectif pour le Syndicat est de réduire les tonnages destinés à l"enfouissement, notamment en réorientant certains tonnages vers une valorisation énergétique, dans l"attente de la mise en service de son Unité de Valorisation Multifilières en cours de construction.

         Le présent marché est constitué d"un lot unique.

         Il comprend une tranche ferme et 3 tranches optionnelles.

         La tranche ferme concerne le traitement par valorisation énergétique des déchets ménagers résiduels du Smiddev

         Les tranches optionnelles sont relatives à l"enlèvement et au transport des déchets ménagers résiduels vers une installation de traitement agréée :

         - Tranche optionnelle 1 : Prestations d"enlèvement et de transport de déchets ménagers résiduels depuis le quai de transfert de Fréjus jusqu"à l"installation de traitement

         - tranche optionnelle 2 : Prestations d"enlèvement et de transport de déchets ménagers résiduels depuis le quai de transfert de Saint-Raphaël jusqu"à l"installation de traitement

         - tranche optionnelle 3 : Prestations d"enlèvement et de transport de déchets ménagers résiduels depuis le quai de transfert de Montauroux jusqu"à l"installation de traitement
