      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

         Cette consultation en conception-réalisation s"adresse à des groupements composés a minima de :

         - un architecte (inscrit à l"Ordre des Architectes ou dans un registre équivalent),

         - un paysagiste,

         - une équipe d"ingénierie (plusieurs bureaux d"études ou un bureau d"études pluridisciplinaire) réunissant en son sein les compétences suivantes : structure, fluides, thermique, économie et justifiant de compétences hors site,

         - un BIM Manager (indépendant ou appartenant à l"un des membres du groupement),

         - une entreprise générale ou plusieurs entreprises disposant des compétences pour la réalisation de l’ensemble des travaux.

         L’exclusivité est demandée pour l’architecte.

         Chaque entreprise générale doit être présente dans deux (2) groupements avec un architecte différent pour chaque candidature. Si l’entreprise générale ne présente qu’une seule candidature, cette candidature sera jugée irrecevable.

         Les entreprises peuvent présenter leur candidature sous forme de groupement solidaire ou de groupement conjoint. Dans l’hypothèse d’un groupement conjoint, la forme imposée est celle de groupement conjoint avec mandataire solidaire.

         Chaque candidature sera déposée séparément sur Achat Public.

         Chaque candidature fera l"objet d"un seul DC1 et d"autant de DC2 que de membres du groupement. L"architecte est obligatoirement le mandataire du groupement pendant la phase conception et l"entreprise pendant la phase réalisation (à indiquer sur le DC1-cadre G).
