ce concours restreint a pour objet le choix d"un maître d"oeuvre pour la rénovation et l"extension de la halle couverte de la ville de Fontenay-Aux-Roses.Le marché présente un déficit de lisibilité depuis la voirie et présente un certain nombre de points de vétusté précisées dans un diagnostic fournit en pièce jointe. Pour ces raisons, le bâtiment nécessite d"importants travaux de rénovation.Les objectifs programmatiques sont :-Reconnecter la halle au tissu urbain du centre-ville-redonner de l"attractivité en ouvrant notamment une partie des façades vers l"extérieur et en permettant de développer l"offre commerciale-résoudre un certain nombre de désordres bâtimentaires
