         le candidat doit présenter des garanties économiques et financières suffisantes en rapport aux prestations confiées dans le cadre du marché de maitrise d"oeuvre consécutif à la procédure. En application de l"article 3 de l"ordonnance du 17 juin 2020, l"acheteur ne tiendra pas compte des variations de chiffre d"affaires consécutives à la crise sanitaire liée à l"épidémie de Covid-19.

         Les analyses relatives au chiffre d"affaires du candidat (groupement) seront réalisées sur la base du montant estimé du marché de maitrise d"oeuvre, rapportée à sa durée prévisionnelle.

      3. Technical and professional ability:

         - Aptitude à exercer la profession d"architecte

         en application de l"article 3 de la loi no 77-2 du 3 janvier 1977 sur l"architecture, la participation est réservée aux candidats qui présentent, soit à titre individuel, soit à travers un co-traitant du groupement, un architecte ou une société d"architecture répondant aux conditions définies par l"article 2 ou à l"article 10-1 de la loi du 3 janvier 1977 précitée.

         - compétences exigées

         le candidat réunira impérativement les compétences suivantes :

         - Compétence d"architecte inscrit à l"ordre ou toute compétence équivalente pour les candidats non français (un architecte sera mandataire du groupement)

         - Compétence de bureau d"études structure, fluide, électricité, coordination SSI

         - Compétence de bureau d"études thermiques, génie climatique

         - Compétence en économie de la construction

         - Compétence en acoustique

         - compétence d"opc

         - compétence Cssi

         Étant précisé en cas de groupement que l"un des membres peut réunir plusieurs compétences.

         - moyens techniques et humains

         le candidat devra présenter des moyens techniques et humains adaptés :

         - Présentation de moyens techniques, notamment numériques (matériels et logiciels), adaptés à la nature de la mission de maitrise d"oeuvre ;

         - Présentation de moyens humains en nombre et niveau suffisants au vu de l"importance et des exigences de la mission de maitrise d"oeuvre.

         -Expérience professionnelle

         le candidat doit présenter des garanties relatives à l"expérience professionnelle, en rapport avec les prestations confiées dans le cadre du marché de maitrise d"oeuvre consécutif à la procédure : Références professionnelles en matière d"études et de réalisations d"ouvrages de complexité équivalente
