         Le contrat de la présente consultation a pour objet l’exécution des prestations de services suivantes : Entretien et maintenance des installations de plomberie / robinetterie (P2/P3)

         Cela concerne notamment les prestations suivantes :

         - L’entretien et la maintenance des robinetteries (P2/P3) avec garantie totale

         - Des prestations complémentaires à la demande suivant BPU

         - Une astreinte en dehors des heures d’ouverture des bureaux de la Caennaise

         La description de ces prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).

         Il s’agit d’un marché mixte de service à prix forfaitaires (DPGF) et de commandes ponctuelles (BPU), sous forme de marché à bons de commande, sans quantité minimum, ni maximum et sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum de : 300 000 € HT (Trois cent mille euros) sur la totalité du marché soit 4 ans
