Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La présente modification a pour objet de permettre l’exécution de prestations supplémentaires au regard du maximum prévu initialement pour l’accord-cadre.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Au vu des éléments précités, afin de permettre la réalisation de prestations d’infographie supplémentaires et, considérant qu’un changement de titulaire est impossible pour l’exécution de ces prestations techniques largement dépendantes les unes des autres dans le cadre des campagnes de communication mises en place par la Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur, il s’avère nécessaire de modifier le montant maximum de l’accord-cadre en l’augmentant de 10%, soit une augmentation de 3 000,00 € HT jusqu’à la fin de la 4ème période du marché.
