         la présente consultation a pour objet de conclure un marché de maitrise d"oeuvre (au sens du livre IV du Code de la Commande Publique) concernant l"aménagement d"un restaurant haut de gamme, au sein d"un bâtiment dit " maison Varaigne " sur la commune de Châteauroux (ancienne maison de maître), au coeur du parc Balsan. Le bâtiment, d"une surface de plancher total d"environ 870 mètres carrés (sous-sol et R+2) est actuellement en cours de réhabilitation pour le clos et le couvert. Le projet vise à terme l"installation d"un restaurant haut de gamme en rez-de-chaussée, un espace bar lounge et bistro au R+1 et des logements en R+2. L"Ensemble du programme (2 tomes) est mis à disposition sur le profil acheteur. L"Enveloppe financière dédiée aux travaux d"aménagement intérieur est fixée à ce jour à 1 930 000 euro (H.T.).
