         cette consultation fait suite à la consultation publiée le 30 août 2023 sous l"avis TED no2023/S 166-522144 au JOUE et le 27 août 2023 sous l"avis no23-119329 au BOAMP et déclarée sans suite pour motif d"intérêt général en application de l"article R.2185-1 du code de la commande publique le 18 octobre 2023.

         Les prestations ont pour objet l"exploitation du service public de PRODUCTION d"eau potable (Unité de production d"eau potable de Salgues et Unité de production d"eau potable de Lassouts, canalisations et ouvrages associés suivant la liste des ouvrages et canalisations précisés dans les pièces du Dce) du Syndicat Mixte d"adduction en Eau Potable de Montbazens-Rignac.

         Le présent accord-cadre composite est un accord-cadre mono-attributaire (attribué à un seul opérateur économique). Il est décomposé en 2 parties distinctes :

         - partie I : Gestion du service

         Marché ordinaire non alloti traité à prix global et forfaitaire pour la part Fixe et à prix unitaire pour la part Variable.

         - Partie II : Renouvellement Patrimonial

         Accord-Cadre à bons de commande non alloti sans minimum et avec un maximum de 300 000 euroHt sur la durée totale du marché, traité à prix unitaires.
