         il s"agit d"assurer les prestations de services généraux externalisés (Facility Management), intégrant les prestations de gestion multitechnique et multiservice pour le Centre National de Traitement (Cnt), dans une logique d"un pilotage global, optimisé et à valeur ajoutée. Les prestations concernent la gestion globale de la maintenance multitechnique et multiservice et projets majeurs de l"antai :- les prestations de pilotage ;- les prestations multitechniques concernent les activités techniques liées à la maintenance et au fonctionnement des bâtiments et des équipements associés : électricité (courants forts et faibles), climatisation, ascenseurs, aménagements immobiliers et mobiliers, sécurité incendie, maintenance des installations, etc. ;- les prestations de contrôles réglementaires et levées de réserve ;- les prestations multiservices concernent les services destinés aux occupants et utilisateurs des sites du CNT : accueil et hospitality management, espaces verts, propreté intérieure et extérieure, restauration et tisaneries, moyens de communications et d"impression, etc. ;- l"Accompagnement pour les études, et la mise en oeuvre de projets majeurs qui pourraient être décidés pendant la durée du marché.Les prestations s"appliquent pour le CNT :- aux surfaces du site principal et du site secondaire regroupant les surfaces bâties, non bâties et les limites séparatives ;- au domaine bâti, que celui-ci se situe hors ou en sol, porteur de l"infrastructure du gros oeuvre ou des aménagements relatifs aux corps d"état du second oeuvre du bâtiment ;- aux équipements, appareillages techniques et installations liés au fonctionnement du CNT ;- aux mobiliers et petits équipements ;- a l"ensemble des réseaux et à leurs supports qui couvrent l"ensemble du site en implantation souterraine ou apparente
