         la présente consultation porte sur l"élagage des arbres en gestion à la Ville de Nantes. Les prestations consistent en la taille mécanique en rideau des arbres d"alignement de la Ville de Nantes, principalement durant les mois de janvier à mars. La Direction Nature et Jardins mène une réflexion pour qu"une partie des arbres passent progressivement de la forme architecturée vers la forme semi libre ou libre. Il s"agit donc d"effectuer une taille de conversion, objet du deuxième lot.

         Les travaux peuvent concerner des arbres situés sur la voie publique comme dans des sites privés de la ville de Nantes (parcs, écoles ...). La liste des rues et boulevards concernés est mentionnée en annexe du C.C.T.P. Par ailleurs, d"autres rues et boulevards peuvent faire l"objet de ces mêmes prestations.

         Cet accord cadre prend la forme d"un accord cadre mono attributaire à bons de commandes, dénué de minimum mais assorti d"un seuil maximum de 999 999euro HT valable pour toute la période contractuelle.
