La mission du concessionnaire consistera à gérer et assurer à titre principal :- la gestion, l"exploitation et l"entretien du matériel roulant ;- la réalisation et le financement d"un programme d"investissements, d"entretien et gros entretien, de renouvellement des équipements ;- le développement commercial du réseau ;- l"Accueil et la prestation de services à destination des usagers
