Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Ņemot vērā Valsts vides dienesta 2023. gada 19. jūlija Atļaujas B kategorijas piesārņojošai darbībai Nr. RI15IB0030 Atļaujas C sadaļas 9.1.8.apakšpunktā norādīto, ka, gadījumā, ja Lidosta pārtrauc nodot ražošanas notekūdeņus no Ziemeļu un Dienvidu pretapledošanas laukumiem SIA „Rīgas ūdens”, minētos notekūdeņus jānodod, kā atkritumus ar klases kodu 161002 “Ūdeni saturoši atkritumi, kuri neatbilst 161001 klasei” atkritumu apsaimniekotājiem, kas ir saņēmuši attiecīgā atkritumu veida apsaimniekošanas atļaujas un finanšu nodrošinājumu, kas veic to pārvadājumu elektronisko reģistrāciju un uzskaiti valsts teritorijā
