Il a été décidé dans le cadre d"une première reconsultation (Ref Joue 2023/S 045-131839) de scinder le lot en plusieurs lots géographiques (un lot par localisation régie) :

         cette consultation a toutefois également été déclarée sans suite pour cause d"infructuosité. Ce lot est donc reconsulté.

         les commandes peuvent prendre deux formes :

         - Commandes concernant des quantités importantes et devant être livrées à l"adresse de régie

         - Commande par passage en caisse : un ouvrier Haute-Savoie Habitat passera directement en caisse avec les éléments dont il aura besoin et qu"il aura prélevés en rayon. La livraison est donc immédiate.

         Pour chaque lot, les techniciens de régie peuvent être amenés à se déplacer en magasin pour acquérir certaines fournitures et obtenir des informations associées.

         ainsi la proximité des points de vente est nécessaire pour que les techniciens de régie ne perdent pas de temps de déplacement lors des commandes par passage en caisse. En conséquence, le candidat devra impérativement proposer un point de vente à proximité de la localisation régie rattachée au lot, ou s"engager à mettre en place un tel point de vente, pendant toute la durée d"exécution de l"accord-cadre et selon les conditions suivantes :
