         la présente consultation a pour objet de confier à un exploitant la charge d"assurer la maintenance et l"exploitation des installations thermiques et aérauliques de la collectivité. Par installation, on entend: - les installations thermiques et aérauliques en vue d"assurer la production de chauffage et d"eau chaude sanitaire - les installations de traitement d"air, de climatisation et de ventilation mécanique contrôlée. Par ailleurs, l"exploitant aura à sa charge la maintenance corrective des installations de la collectivité via la fourniture et le remplacement de pièces de rechange sur demande. La fourniture se fera par le biais d"un accord-cadre à bons de commande conformément aux indications indiquées dans le Bordereau des Prix Unitaires ou, le cas échéant, via les catalogues. Une visite des sites est obligatoire : conditions fixées dans le Règlement de la Consultation

         la présente consultation a pour objet de confier à un exploitant la charge d"assurer la maintenance et l"exploitation des installations thermiques et aérauliques de la collectivité. Par installation, on entend : - les installations thermiques et aérauliques en vue d"assurer la production de chauffage et d"eau Chaude Sanitaire (Ecs), - les installations de traitement d"air, de Climatisation et de Ventilation Mécanique Contrôlée (Vmc). Le présent marché est établi avec une partie forfaitaire (Dpgf) et une partie en accord-cadre à bons de commande et marchés subséquents. La partie accord-cadre est établie sans montant minimum avec un montant maximum de 60 000 euro (T.T.C.) par an. Des prestations homogènes permettant des conditions économiques avantageuses et des facilités de suivi d"exécution par les services municipaux justifient le non allotissement du marché
