         il s"agit d"un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande sans minimum mais avec un maximum annuel de 57 000 euros HT, réparti à titre non contractuel comme suit : 47 000eurosht (frais de billetterie: avion, train) et 10 000eurosht (frais d"hôtel). Il sera traité pour partie, à prix fixes (frais de service du Bpu) et pour l"autre, à prix variables (prix du titre de transport/de la prestation commandée au moment de son achat). Un pourcentage de rabais sera rendu contractuel sur les titres de transport aérien. Le marché comprend, à titre principal : le conseil sur les différentes hypothèses possibles (dates, compagnies, trajets...) en vue d"obtenir le meilleur tarif, la réservation/l"émission et la transmission du billet électronique, le traitement des changements et des annulations, l"assistance aux passagers en cas d"incidents (grèves, retard ou modification du vol...). A titre accessoire : la réservation de chambres d"hôtel et l"acquisition de titres de transport ferroviaire
