Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Ces augmentations temporaires sollicitées par le Titulaire sont réputées directement liées à la crise économique liée à la guerre en Ukraine, et s’inscrivent à ce titre dans le cadre de l’article R.2194-5 du Code de la Commande publique indiquant que la modification est rendue nécessaire par des circonstances qu’un acheteur diligent ne pouvait pas prévoir.
