Suite à l’impact de l’augmentation du coût des matières premières sur les prix du marché et afin de pouvoir remplir les obligations d’achats de fournitures de bureau issues de la réutilisation ou intégrant des matières recyclées à hauteur de 20 % prescrit par le décret 2021-254 du 9 mars 2021, par rapport aux achats globaux de ce segment d’achat, le pouvoir adjudicateur augmente le montant maximum annuel de 2 000 € HT.
