         Le présent marché de maitrise d’œuvre a pour objet la reconstruction sur un nouveau site de la Résidence Autonomie de 60 places « Les Asphodèles » à LE FAOUET. Les missions du marché sont :

         ESQ/APS/APD/PRO/ACT/VISA EXE/DET/AOR + quantitatif pour l’ensemble des lots+ visite virtuelle en 3 D des locaux communs

         La mission EXE concerne les lots techniques (électricité, plomberie-sanitaire, chauffage, ventilation et système de sécurité incendie) et une mission EXE partielle pour la structure (plans de principe pour la consultation des entreprises).

         Compétences exigées du titulaire :

         Les groupements admis à présenter une candidature devront comprendre :

         - Un architecte inscrit à l"Ordre (mandataire du groupement obligatoirement),

         - Un ou plusieurs bureaux d"études techniques, intégré(s) ou non, compétents dans les domaines suivants :

         • structure,

         • fluides (thermique/électricité/courants faibles),

         • cuisine,

         • VRD, paysage,

         • économie de la construction

         • SSI
