la présente consultation concerne l"organisation d"un concours restreint d"architecture, sous anonymat, sur Esquisse+, en vue de l"attribution du marché de maîtrise d"oeuvre pour la construction d"un espace multi-culturel.Le concours se déroule en deux phases :- 1ère phase : sélection des candidats.- 2ème phase : sélection du lauréat.La liste des candidats admis à concourir est arrêtée, après avis du jury, par le maître d"ouvrage. Le nombre de concurrents figure à l"article 9.1 du règlement de consultation.Le niveau de rendu du concours sera un niveau esquisse+ accompagné de vues perspectives.Le titulaire du marché pourra se voir confier la réalisation d"une maquette " blanche ", contre rémunération ultérieure.Le maître d"ouvrage se réserve le droit de ne pas donner suite au concours si les réponses apportées ne lui semblent pas correspondre à son attente
