         le Lascardos est un cours d"eau situé sur la commune de Castanet qui traverse le canal du Midi à l"amont de l"écluse de Castanet grâce à un aqueduc avant de se jeter dans l"hers. Une vanne de décharge située sur la berge du canal du Midi, au-dessus de l"aqueduc, permet l"évacuation des eaux du canal notamment en période de crue. Les berges du ruisseau à l"aval du canal sont fortement érodées. Un effondrement de berges s"est produit rive gauche. Le programme des travaux porte sur le confortement de berge, réalisé jusqu"à la confluence avec le tributaire aval en rive droite, soit sur un linéaire de 2 x 60 m. L"Objectif de cette mission est de protéger les berges du Lascardos des érosions causées par les délestages effectués par VNF depuis la vanne
