          afin d"augmenter le rendement de son réseau d"eau potable, la collectivité souhaite améliorer la connaissance du fonctionnement de son réseau, de manière à assurer une meilleure gestion de celui-ci. Elle souhaite également construire un outil lui permettant d"optimiser le renouvellement de son réseau par une gestion patrimoniale appropriée.L"objectif de ce lot est de construire un outil qui proposera des améliorations à court, moyen et long terme au travers d"un programme d"actions et d"investissements hiérarchisés (investissements prioritaires à réaliser dans les 5 ans, investissements à moyen puis long terme) de renouvellement des canalisations d"eau potable (enterré et en élévation) et des accessoires de réseau
