         le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire régi par le cahier des clauses administratives particulières concerne la prestation de contrôle des installations d"assainissement non collectif existantes, neuves ou réhabilitées, sur l"ensemble du territoire de la Communauté de communes du Pays de Chantonnay.La mission s"inscrit dans une opération globale, portant sur l"ensemble du territoire de la Communauté de communes du Pays de Chantonnay, à savoir les 10 communes que sont : Bournezeau, Chantonnay, Rochetrejoux, Saint Germain de Prinçay, Saint Hilaire le Vouhis, Saint Martin des Noyers, Saint Prouant, Saint Vincent Sterlanges, Sainte Cécile et Sigournais.La description des prestations attendues et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (Cctp) et les documents qui lui sont annexés.Les prestations à réaliser seront déclenchées par émissions de bons de commandes, notifiés par la Communauté de Communes au fur et à mesure des besoins.les montants minimum et maximum prévues sont : Pas de montant minimum Montant maximum des commandes pour chaque année : 85 000 eur (H.T.). Montant maximum global de l"accord cadre : 340 000 eur (H.T.).
