le jury émettra son avis sur la base des critères pondérés suivants appliqués aux offres déclarées régulières et acceptables, et qui n"auront pas été déclarées inappropriées au cahier des charges :

- adéquation du projet avec les objectifs fonctionnels et de délais du maître d"ouvrage : 30 %

- qualité architecturale de la construction et du parti pris d"identification visuelle et d"orientation spatiale, de la cohérence technique des bâtiments, de l"optimisation des atouts de l"environnement immédiat et de la maîtrise de ses contraintes : 25 %

- pertinence des réponses apportées aux problématiques énergétiques et environnementales : 25 %

- compatibilité du projet avec l"enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux : 20 %
