         les prestations de base se dérouleront en trois phases et par type de bâtiments : * Phase 1 - année (2024). Elle regroupe les bâtiments scolaires et sportifs (96 bâtiments) * Phase 2 - année (2025). Elle vise les bâtiments administratifs, culturels, parkings, sociaux, à vocations économiques et commerciales (96 bâtiments) * Phase 3 - année (2026). Elle concerne les bâtiments immobiliers divers, lieux de culte, monuments, techniques, WC publics (126 bâtiments). S"Agissant des prestations annexes : * Les essais en laboratoire et les prélèvements se feront en fonction des besoins ou anomalies constatées dans le dta * Un suivi annuel périodique des DTA de l"ensemble des bâtiments sera fait pendant 10 ans.avant chaque phase, un planning d"exécution sera réalisé conjointement entre le titulaire et les services concernés. Le marché débutera à compter du 1er janvier 2024 pour une durée de 10 ans.Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées
