         1001 VIES HABITAT est doté d’un système informatique complexe permettant de répondre à l’ensemble de ses activités :

         • Gestion locative

         • Gestion technique du patrimoine

         • Gestion des opérations d’investissement

         • Gestion financière et comptable

         Ces différents outils centralisent l’ensemble des données du groupe et sont liés par des interfaces pour diffuser certaines informations utiles à plusieurs métiers.

         Aujourd’hui, le groupe souhaite répondre à des obligations réglementaires et des attentes stratégiques liées à la gestion des diagnostics. Cependant, ces diagnostics ne sont aujourd’hui pas tous traiter de la même manière et au même endroit. Il est donc essentiel de déployer une solution permettant de récupérer, stocker et diffuser ces données à l’aide d’un outil de gestion des diagnostics, ci-après dénommé « l’Outil », objet de la présente consultation.

         Les fonctionnalités attendues de l’Outil sont les suivantes :

         • Des fonctionnalités de base pour recevoir et émettre des informations liées aux diagnostics

         • Des fonctionnalités avancées pour assurer la cohérence et la mise à jour des données

         • Des fonctionnalités complémentaires activables progressivement pour s’adapter au niveau de maturité de l’organisation.

         Le Groupe possède plusieurs filiales en France. L’Outil devra donc permettre de gérer les diagnostics de la maison mère et de ses filiales.
