         Déclassement IGH d"un bâtiment constitué de 5 niveaux (sous-sol au R+3 inclus) accessibles au public (ERP 1ère catégorie dans l"emprise de l"IGH) et de 10 niveaux (R+4 au R+13) de logements étudiants.

         Missions (selon loi MOP n°85-704 du 12 juillet 1985, du décret n°93-1268 du 29 novembre 1993 et de l"arrêté du 21 décembre 1993) :

         Tranche ferme "Etudes" : missions DIA, APS, APD, dépôt du PC, SSI (phase conception AVP)

         Tranche optionnelle 1 "études PRO-DCE" : missions PRO, DQED, AMT, SSI (phase conception PRO-DCE)

         Tranche optionnelle 2 "réalisation des travaux" : missions EXE, VISA, DET, AOR, SSI (phase réalisation)

         L"équipe de maîtrise d"oeuvre sera constituée en groupement conjoint avec mandataire solidaire :

         - mandataire principal : un bureau d"études TCE (compétences minimales en SSI)
