Le présent avis est un avis ex ante volontaire ayant pour objet de rendre publique l"intention du pouvoir adjudicateur de conclure avec le soumissionnaire indiqué en section «V attribution». La procédure d"attribution n"étant pas à ce jour finalisée, la date d"attribution est à lire comme étant la date à laquelle le rapport d"analyse des offres a été validé.
