      4. Description of the procurement:

        L’objectif de la prestation confiée est de réaliser les réglages nécessaires des appareils alimentés au gaz naturel chez les clients à usage du gaz résidentiel afin de préparer le changement de gaz.

        A l’issue de la phase d’inventaire des appareils alimentés au gaz, GRDF informera le client par écrit de la situation donnant lieu à une prestation de réglage.

        Les différentes situations de réglages incluses dans la prestation sont les suivantes :

        * Une gestion de la relation client, pré-contrôles et contrôles

        Pourront s’ajouter :

        * Un changement de régulateur uniquement,

        * Un réglage des appareils alimentés au gaz naturel,

        * Un réglage et un changement / ajout de kits sur les appareils alimentés au gaz naturel

        Point important : GRDF est seul habilité à déclarer un appareil incompatible au gaz H.

        Le cas éventuel du remplacement d’appareils alimentés au gaz naturel ne fait pas partie du périmètre de la prestation.

        Les appareils concernés par la prestation sont ceux alimentés au gaz naturel chez le Client :

        * Chaudière individuelle ou collective,

        * Chauffe-eau, accumulateur d’eau chaude sanitaire

        * Radiateur gaz,

        * Foyer ouvert/poêle/insert au gaz

        * Autres équipements (aérotherme, sèche linge, générateur d’air chaud...)

        Les appareils de cuisson ne nécessitent pas de réglage, pour autant un maintien de flamme est nécessaire.

        Les ouvrages alimentés par du gaz en bouteille (propane, butane) ne sont pas concernés par l’adaptation.

        L"affectation des PCE, la prise de RDV et la planification des prestations ne fait pas parti du périmètre de la prestation et sera réalisé par un prestataire appelé Ordonnanceur.

        Dans le cas particulier des clients gérés par un bailleur/syndic/collectivité, l’Entreprise pourra être en relation avec un représentant de ces gestionnaires.

        Dans le cadre de la prestation, ne pourront être réalisés lors des RDV : l"entretien ou actes de commercialisation.
