suite à de nombreuses problématiques fonctionnelles et techniques auxquelles fait face l"équipement actuel de la maison de l"enfance, Ploërmel Communauté souhaite engager la reconstruction de l"équipement sur site.

Le projet sera réalisé en 2 phases :

- phase 1 objet de la consultation : La construction d"un bâtiment accueillant le nouveau pôle petite enfance, comprenant le centre de loisirs 3-5 ans (Accueil Collectif des Mineurs), le multi-accueil, le RPE (Relai Intercommunal Parents-Assistants Maternels Enfants) et le LAEP (Lieu d"accueil Enfants- parents)

- phase 2 (réalisation ultérieure hors marché) : La déconstruction de la maison de l"enfance existante et la construction d"un second bâtiment (sur la même parcelle) accueillant le centre de loisirs 6-10 ans
