L’objet du présent avenant est d’acter les modifications suivantes du contrat :

Conformément à l’article 7.2.2.1 du contrat, les parties conviennent d’adapter le programme prévisionnel de renouvellement, sans en modifier les conditions financières.

Cette adaptation consiste à substituer le nouveau Plan Prévisionnel de Renouvellement joint en annexe 1 du présent avenant à celui qui était défini en Annexe 4 du contrat initial.

Conformément à l’article 7.2.2.1, pendant la vie du contrat, la collectivité et le concessionnaire peuvent convenir d’adapter le programme de renouvellement sans en modifier les conditions financières pour intégrer des biens nouveaux ou pour modifier le calendrier du programme de renouvellement.
