         la présente consultation a pour objet des prestations d"assistance et de conseil juridique relatives au droit de la protection des données personnelles et au droit du numérique pour le compte du groupement de commande Nantes Métropole, Ville de Nantes et CCAS. Ces prestations seront notamment, mais non exclusivement, apportées à la déléguée à la protection des données et/ou à l"administratrice générale de la donnée, dont les fonctions sont mutualisées entre la Ville de Nantes, le Centre communal d"action sociale (Ccas) et Nantes Métropole.

         Plus précisément les prestations attendues portent sur : du conseil juridique, la réalisation d"audits, de la représentation devant la C.N.I.L, des actions de sensibilisation et de formation. Les prestations attendues consistent en une assistance juridique sur diverses thématiques : la classification des données, le régime juridique de la donnée publique, l"open data, le Wifi public, la charte des usages numériques internes, etc
