Ņemot vērā Līgumā noteikto, ka Pasūtītājs var veikt izmaiņas būvniecības tehniskajā dokumentācijā un būvdarbu daudzumos, tostarp izslēdzot atsevišķus būvdarbu veidus, ja Pasūtītājs konstatē, ka tie nav nepieciešami, lai sasniegtu Atklātā konkursa tehniskajā specifikācijā minēto galarezultātu
