L’objet du présent avenant est d’acter les modifications suivantes du contrat :

- Adaptation du Programme Prévisionnel de Renouvellement (PPR) pour tenir compte des besoins du service tout en respectant l’enveloppe globale financière du PPR prévue au contrat.

Cette adaptation consiste à substituer le nouveau Plan Prévisionnel de Renouvellement joint en annexe 1 du présent avenant à celui qui était joint en annexe 2 du contrat initial.

Conformément à l’article 19.2 du contrat, les parties ont convenu d’adapter le programme prévisionnel de renouvellement, sans en modifier le montant global.
