Dragage d"entretien du Rhône (entre POUGNY (Ain) et Port Saint Louis du Rhône (Bouche du Rhône). Cf plan périmètre global.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

Le système de Qualification concerne les dragages d"entretien donc les dragages de matériaux d"apport. Les matériaux d"apports sont définis d"après les relevés bathymétriques réalisés par CNR. La majorité des dragages est réaliser par voie fluviale.

Lot 1 : Travaux de dragage :

- Réalisation de travaux de dragage par moyens variés (plongeurs, ponton dipper, drague aspiratrice, moyens robotisés, moyens innovants, …)

Lot 2 : Travaux de dragage récurrents avec possibilité d’ateliers en simultané sous contrainte de délais :

- Travaux de dragages récurrents,

- Travaux en urgence (mobilisation urgence sous 6 jours),

- Spécificité des interventions en parallèle sous contrainte de délais

- Multisites en parallèle : l’entreprise (ou groupement doit être capable de mobiliser jusqu’à 7 ateliers de dragage en parallèle avec un délai maximum de 6 jours),

- Sur les 7 ateliers mobilisables : 4 devront être capable de draguer 25 000m3 par mois et sur trois autres 15 000m3 par mois chacun.
