emplacement d"une surface de 600 mètres carrés maximum permettant l"implantation d"un club de plage avec jeux d"enfants, portiques, agrès divers, bassin de natation et cabane d"accueil.

L"Emplacement sous-traité est raccordable aux réseaux d"électricité et d"eau potable, les eaux résiduaires devant être récupérées et traitées dans un centre habilité. L"Évacuation des eaux de piscine se fait par le réseau de l"ancienne douche maintenu sur la plage. L"Ensemble des structures sera démontable ou transportable et démonté en fin de saison pour laisser l"espace à son état initial.

La durée proposée est de 6 mois comprise entre le 1er AVRIL et 30 Septembre

emplacement d"une surface de 342 mètres carrés maximum permettant l"exploitation de Cabines de plage, d"un bar/petite restauration (froide et sans cuisson, sans service de table) et d"une terrasse attenante. Aucun bâti supplémentaire ne sera autorisé

L"Exploitant sera chargé de l"entretien de la partie intérieure en bois des cabines.

L"emplacement sous-traité est raccordable aux réseaux d"électricité et d"eau potable, les eaux résiduaires devant être récupérées et traitées dans un centre habilité.

Ces installations devront répondre aux normes de sécurité et seront démontées en fin de saison.

La durée proposée est de 6 mois comprise entre le 1er AVRIL et 30 Septembre.

Explanation:

une procédure de consultation a été engagée dans les conditions fixées par le code de la commande publique et par le code général des collectivités territoriales (Cgct). Par délibération en date du 01/02/2023, le conseil municipal a attribué quatre lots et a déclaré les quatre autres lots infructueux et la procédure sans suite pour ces lots (lot no6 : une offre reçue, le candidat n"a pas confirmé son offre - lot no7 : une offre reçue, le candidat n"a pas confirmé son offre dans les délais qui lui étaient impartis). Conformément aux dispositions de l"article L3121-2 du code de la commande publique, il a été décidé d"engager une procédure amiable pour permettre la conclusion des contrats sans publicité ni mise en concurrence pour les lots no6 et 7 sur la plage de la Noëveillard.
