      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         • Sur la base de la stratégie établie par la Maitrise d’ouvrage SHEM, et des spécifications techniques fixées par la Direction Technique, déployer les centrales d’acquisitions de données et les capteurs associés sur 6 usines,

         • Construire le planning d’affaire,

         • Concevoir les schémas de câblage s’intégrant dans le contrôle commande existant,

         • En lien avec notre service achats, établir les documents de consultation des entreprises pour l’intégration des équipements (selon choix intégration interne / externe),

         • Etablir les cahiers de charges à destination de l’atelier électrique interne SHEM pour intégration des équipements (selon choix intégration interne / externe),

         • En lien avec notre bureau d’étude, piloter la conception de l’intégration des capteurs additionnels (pression, débit, température…),

         • Assurer le suivi technique et contractuel de l’intégration des équipements

         • Assurer le reporting d’avancement des affaires,

         • Assurer la réception sur site des équipements,

         • En lien avec nos services automatisme et SI industriel, paramétrer des équipements d’acquisition de données (IP, Modbus, autre…),

         • Assurer la mise en service industrielle des équipements installés,

         • Etablir les dossiers techniques tels que construit et l’archivage dans les systèmes de gestion des plans SHEM.
