         L’objet de la présente consultation concerne la réalisation de prestations en ingénierie informatique pour le LaBRI. Pour réaliser ses missions de Recherche, Formation et Innovation, le LaBRI (Laboratoire Bordelais de Recherche en Informatique) développe des plates-formes de recherche dans le domaine de l’informatique. Ces plates-formes servent de lieux d’expérimentation permettant aux chercheurs et enseignants-chercheurs de valider leurs travaux. La proposition suivante porte sur les projets de plate-forme : commoditics et Parcoursup.

         Parcoursup est une plateforme Web destinée à recueillir et gérer les vœux d"affectation des futurs étudiants de l"enseignement supérieur français. Le LaBRI a fortement contribué à l’élaboration de cette plate-forme que cela soit sur la mise en place algorithmique (basé sur l’algorithme des mariages parfaits), sur l’établissement de preuves de programme ou sur la mise en place de la carte graphique.

         La prestation demandée consiste d’une part à proposer des tests sur les modules qui gèrent la carte graphique et d’autre part à proposer une première implantation des nouveaux algorithmes permettant de mesurer la pertinence des choix des utilisateurs (ces algorithmes sont basés sur les algorithmes d’apprentissage).

         Cette prestation nécessite de réaliser les 4 activités suivantes :

         - Analyse de l"algorithme

         - Implantation de l"algorithme

         - Réalisation des tests de la plate-forme

         - Suivi de projet

          La plate-forme Commoditics vise à appréhender la dynamique des prix des matières premières dans le domaine de l’énergie, la métallurgie et agricole. L’objectif est de proposer une vision consolidée agrégant les projections formulées sur l’évolution des marchés mondiaux et de soutenir des benchmark permettant d’évaluer la fiabilité des prévisions et de déceler d’éventuels biais d’analyse. Commoditics est basée sur les approches par l’analyse textuelle (approches IA de type NLP, Natural Language Processing) permettant d’exploiter l’ensemble des informations disponibles dans la presse écrite mondiale, francophone et anglophone, ainsi que dans l’open source.

          La prestation demandée consiste à réaliser un premier prototype des algorithmes de recherche qui forment le cœur de la plate-forme Commoditics. Plus précisément, il s’agit de prendre en entrée la description des algorithmes proposées par les chercheurs concepteur de la plate-forme et d’en proposer une implantation en respectant les contraintes technologiques de la plate-forme et les standards internationaux.

          Cette prestation nécessite de réaliser les 3 activités suivantes :
