Explanation:

Die avisierte Maßnahme wurde frühzeitig bestellt und im Rahmen des offenen Verfahrens-Nr.: 401-23-BvB-30024, Los 51 ausgeschrieben. Zum offenen Verfahren hat der Bieter CJD Rhein-Pfalz ein Leistungs- und Preisangebot eingereicht. Das eingegangene Angebot entsprach den formalen und den fachlichen Anforderungen der Vergabeunterlagen jedoch nicht den wirtschaftlichen Voraussetzungen, da die vor Einleitung des Verfahrens festgelegten und dokumentierten Haushaltsmittel erheblich überschritten wurden.
